Однажды после того как один из моих дизайнеров посетовал на свою тяжелую жизнь, я сказал такую фразу потрясшую его до слез: “Our job is to establish a balance between the evil of marketing and the good of creative” (Наша работа - это установление баланса между злом маркетинга и добром творчества). Сказал я это только потому что необходимо было срочно поддержать падающий в этот момент дух этого молодого человека сидящего над проектом уже полночи, а немного позже я провел с ним беседу насчет того что все отделы в фирме важны и нам необходимо сотрудничать и понимать друг друга.
